Malloy & Nappier Responsible for ‘Connecticut’s Disaster’ - Tim for Connecticut

“Governor Malloy must have forgotten to look at just how bad things are in Connecticut before criticizing our southern neighbor,” Herbst added. “Our state has an unfunded pension liability of $13.3 billion which puts Connecticut at 42% funded, while in New Jersey they are more than 60% funded.
