57,000 people had selected a marketplace plan as of March 1st, 2014, and of those 73%, or 42,000, were receiving subsidies for their plans at an average of a whopping $4,110 per person. This does not include the roughly 120,000 new Medicaid enrollees whose premiums are 100% taxpayer paid.
