Malloy writes off nearly $200K in rental income - Another Rich Demon who does not care about you!
Despite collecting nearly $200,000 in rent at his former Stamford home, which they leased for two years after moving into the Governor's Residence, Gov. Dannel P. Malloy and his wife Cathy declared just $1,795 of the rent as taxable income on their federal tax returns.
"He's just accused me of using deductions that aren't available to everyday citizens," Foley told Hearst Connecticut Media. "Yet it looks like he's used some very special and maybe curious deductions to drive his rental income to zero."
Foley characterized Malloy, who he lost to by about 6,400 votes in 2010, as hypocritical.

It was balanced mainly with gimmicks like shifting some $6 billion of Medicaid spending off-budget.

Christie slams Malloy during third visit to Connecticut: 'He's just not a good governor'
Governor Malloy has made it his business over the last four years to make Connecticut less competitive," Christie said. "He's made it his business to drive business out of Connecticut. And as a result he's driven jobs out of Connecticut. And that's hurts every Connecticut family," Christie said, adding later that "All we should be talking about is his failed record on jobs, his failed record on the economy, and how he has failed Connecticut families because he has no created jobs and economic prosperity for the residents of this state."
